#38 Diaper cakes and Real cake

Don’t know how to start this post!!

One of our friends is having a baby shower, so my mom offered to make a diaper cake! 

It will look really cool! The picture below is some of the supplies and the almost done cake!

Guess what!! El Gringo did most of the work!! We all helped but HE DID IT!

Down below is the “instructions” :

I am going to be nice to you and add in a recipe for cake because, well, I am super nice!! ūüôā

Here’s a recipe for . . .

Michelle’s AMAZING Lemon Bundt Cake

1 box yellow (or lemon) cake mix

1 box small lemon instant (or cook ‚Äėn serve) pudding

2/3 cup oil (canola or vegetable)

4 eggs

3/4 cup water

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

3 Tablespoons lemon juice

Mix all 5 cake ingredients together in a bowl.  Mix on low speed until blended, then beat on high for 10 minutes (or 5 minutes on high in my Bosch).  Put in a greased and floured bundt pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.  Turn onto a plate immediately.  After cake is done, make glaze.  Poke holes into the cake with a fork.  Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cake.  Let it cool.

EXTRA:  During history today, a wild bird flew into our house and Curly cook (aka my sister) helped it get back outside!!
