#67 Pancakes

This morning I decided to make pancakes for breakfast. They turned out GREAT!!! I think the perfect morning is when you got a good night sleep, you make pancakes, sit down, eat pancakes and read a book . . . this of course did not happen this morning since it is a school day. But still, that is the perfect morning!

Below is the recipe for my favorite pancakes ever!!

Kids Favorite Pancakes

Soft, delicious pancakes that we love!!

4 cups flour (1/3 wheat, 2/3 white)

2 T. sugar

4 t. baking powder

2 t. baking soda

2 t. salt

3 cups milk (9 T. powdered milk + 3 cups water)

2 eggs (2 T. egg powder + 4 T. water)

1/2 cup oil

Mix dry ingredients first. Slowly add liquids. Cook at 400 degrees on griddle.

Note: I like to make a half a batch. I don’t really know the reason why . . .

Nice and Fluffy!

If you try this recipe tell me down in the comments what you think!

Thanks for reading!!! Love ya’ll!!
